Welcome to our Poetry Website! This site was made for my second grade students and their parents. National Poetry month is in April. But, poetry can be enjoyed all year long. We will spend approximately one month exploring different types of poetry, responding to great poets, and creating our own poetry projects. Although we will only be focusing on this unit for one month, students and parents are welcome to use this site any time of year. Poetry is a beautiful thing!
